Did anybody read or hear about the fish die-off on the Lower Owens near Lone Pine? I heard that thunderstorms in the eastern Sierras and the issuing flash floods that came through the Lower Owens Valley, mixed with some work by the DWP might have contributed to the die-off. Here is all I have found....
