Those bass like the harbors. The way I look at it, you can throw an costly lure to the pilings and loose it vs. a fly you can tie for under a buck. This applies to lakes and streams too.

Now acquiring the FF gear is another story...Welcome aboard.

Its all about balance. You can have a 10 ft. 4 wt rod and have it tip heavy with a 4wt reel. I tend to like my rods balance a little heavier towards the reel seat.
