I've been disappointed at the last few shows, I'd rather go fishing than attend the show or spend my money elsewhere.

Me three!!!! I'd rather spend my time fishing and use the $50 I'd save for gas on a fishing trip!!! :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:

We should all plan on going on Saturday and finish the day with lunch at The Hat.

Rick sounds like a plan. If I am not fishing I will go. The Hat was the deciding factor ;)

it's funny, the last few show's that i have gone to have been kinda dissapointing and i left them thinking , ah- no big deal - don't think i'll come next year. but then next year come's and i find myself drawn like a moth to a flame, go figure.
a couple of years ago there was a tae-kwondo tournament happening in the next room ,so in between thing's at the flyfishing show i would pop over and check it out. --yes i have a short attention span.--mike.

$15 entry + $5 parking + however much on gas. . .

I went the last couple years in a row. Definitely declining.

I want it to be a good show, and I want there to be a lot of attendees to support our
local shops that show up . . . I got a couple things last
year that made me glad I went, but I don't think I'm going to go this year.

* the free tickets ; staying at the Sheraton , sushi and later a good scotch or two with my old buddy Rickey Noel Mitchell ( kayakfishing presenter) makes the cost of a ticket seem small. But we all have to save somewhere. Stay off of Ebay/Fly Fishing Site ? Nay. Also hope Perry Crosbie , formerly of www.allkayakfishing.com will make a show.
