Class Act "The Spot"

Postby Eric » September 26th, 2008, 7:28 am

I just wanted to mention that the Fishing spot is a class act. I turned in my pair of Simms waders to be repaired and they will not be ready in time for a trip I am taking this weekend. I then told Ken I guess I'll just have to buy another pair. Ken answered me with a offer to let me borrow his own waders for the weekend. Now that I call great customer service.
Thanks Ken

I've stopped in twice to visit Dean and had some great conversations. Met Ken last spring for the first time. Really nice guy. My dad lives in Stanton and stopping in on headed one way or the other has been cool. Talk fishing, get some tips or general ideas, buy some kit. That's what fly shops are for and the Spot is a good one.
How do you tie the fly to your hooks without killing them with the thread? I keep cutting them in half.

Everyone @the Spot, Ken, Steve, Dean and company are a class act, and always make one feel welcome and appreciated.

Dean,
What is this Montauk thing you speak of? Is this some kind of new haircut?
