Snowing in the Local Mts

Postby WanderingBlues » March 6th, 2010, 6:49 pm

There was sun in DC this morning, but now the storm has arrived! Snowing heavy in Arrowhead with about 3" on the ground. How is it over in Running Springs, Midger?

Snowing. Hard!

Fire going, wine flowing, snowbanks growing--life is good.

Looks like 4 inches and rising at a rate of 1-2 inches an hour at the current time.

7 1/2 inches at 10:30 PM. Very pretty falling.

Beautiful looking up there this morning. Lots of white stuff in the higher elevations.

Went out for a quick ride today, snow looks great from the Riverside area.. After breakfast at the local dive eatery, I went back into the house and lit a fire.. Its cold out too!! I love the snow covered mountain views from the comfort of my house. Looks like another day of fly tying!!
