I wrote an article on Dave's shop (Sierra Trout Magnet) months ago for the Drake Magazine's online homepage section (not the forum) and it looks like it finally made it to the top of their queue for the "Flyshop Friday" segment. It seems a natural progression for someone with David's background... building a "following" while working for established shops and guide services....and eventually going on his own.

With his background (lifetime devoted to the fly), he has got to be one of the finest guides in California...
