Auction Notes, Rules and Regulations
All silent and live auction participants must register and receive a bidding number from the registration table.
All items are offered “as-is”. While FFCOC has made every effort to obtain accurate information on the products and services provided, we are not able to assume responsibility for the accuracy of any description in this brochure or any certificates issued. Auction items may be either new or used. Some of these items are in their original packaging; many are not. An attempt has been made to indicate those items that are used.
“Values” are rough estimates only. A few “Values” indicated for auction items are based on vendor pricing. However most are based on a quick internet search for the item. As such, these “values” should be used as rough estimates only. If this concerns you, FFCOC encourages you to do your own research before bidding. An attempt has been made to set Starting Bids to account for the items condition.
All sales are final. No substitutions, exchanges or cash redemptions will be made.
FFCOC is not responsible or liable whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal illness, injury or death occurring during or in connection with the usage of any item sold in this auction. FFCOC makes no claim as to the condition of any item or suitability of any item for any use or application.
Forms of payment. The cashier’s table will begin to accept payments after the bidding of the live auction closes. Master Card or VISA credit cards, cash or checks made payable to FFCOC will be accepted as payment.
Reservations and payments. It is the winning bidder’s responsibility to make any reservations and payments required and to conform to the vendor’s dates, payment requirements, terms and conditions.
Unless indicated otherwise, all services must be used by December 31, 2011.
All Auction proceeds go towards the support of FFCOC's continuing CONSERVATION, EDUCATION and FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMS.Greg
