If that is where I think it is, it is in the Station Fire burn area. I agree with Curtis, there are some conservationists over there...

Maybe that's what fish look like after they've been caught with barbed hooks and then thrown in the dirt for a quick photo and then "released" to float downstream.

I wouldn't think the fishing there would be worth it after the Station Fire. I would give it a couple of years of plant growth before I would even consider going back there.
