Chickabou is a marabou like feather found on hen capes. Nice for smaller wooly buggers and such. I'm sure there are many flies that use it but I have only used it for a couple small buggers. Here's a wooly bugger I tied the other night on a TMC 5262 #12 nymph/streamer hook using chickabou for the tail:

How do you tie the fly to your hooks without killing them with the thread? I keep cutting them in half.
