Sounds to me like FlyBob is the designated "appease the fishing gods with a sacrifice" guy. Seriously, your attitude is awesome and it looked like a great day.

Hey, that just made me realize that Bob might be a handy guy to invite on trips to grizzly country (assuming you can outrun him). (Love ya, Bob, you know I'm just kidding. I would definitely yell "shoo bear" from whatever tree I find myself in).

Bob, I never would've guessed that creeking could be so dangerous lol. Hey but like a true fly fisherman you didn't let your pinky end your day along with your co-fisherman. And it looks like a beautiful day out on the water.
Hope this trend of getting hurt ends soon for ya, no more injuries for you!!!

Bob is a bad@$$ I'll tell you first hand. That guy did not say a peep about his injury the entire day, I will forever admire him! I would have cried home to mommy and been demanding an airlift evac out of the canyon right then in the morning. The fishing that day wasn't too great but as always the company was quite excellent. I hope you have a speedy recovery with your finger so we can get you out and in harms way again!

Just pour a little scotch on it, and ingest a bit for the insides as well. Hope to see you this year at the HM opener, I'm looking forward to it again.
Bob - bummer about the finger, it sounds like you persevered better than most. You need to heal up soon, you wanted want that swollen apendage to dwarf any of the monster trout you are so famous for...
