fly fishing bucket list/ What is yours?

Postby Rasputinj » June 10th, 2012, 10:27 am

I think I need to change my bucket list to include blue lines in metro areas that have a rustic concrete look to them. I did catch a carp years ago in the LA river so I might have already taken care of one pristine fishing spot on my new list. I should also add the pond in Rancho Simi park where I live, they do plant trout in there a couple times a year.

I noticed everybodies list seems to involve locations primarily. What about goals?

1) Leopard Shark >50"
2)"Ocelot" color phase Leopard shark
3) Corbina >18"
4) The Heritage Trout Challenge
5) Wild Albino or Black Trout- Any species
6) Legal sized White Sea Bass
7) Carp >10#
8) Smallmouth >4#
9) Mako Shark >100#
10) Musky >36"
I fish for my sanity. If I catch it, should I still practice catch and release?
2014 log entries so far: 16.
