You know....I am flattered...I think.

I will tell you that each of us has their own self image...what you think you look like to others. I've fancied myself to be the Sam Elliot type..Keen of eye...lean and lanky...lopsided grin and one heck of a hand with horses:
Image

Now there is a considerable spread between Sam Elliot and the Lorax....although I can see the resemblance

Most people just tell me I look like the guy on the diabetes commercials (Wilfred Brimley). Image

I actually had a guy in the airport in Denver insist I was Wilfred Brimley and I had a picture taken with him and finally had to sign his ticket holder to make him go away. True story.

Some very creative and funny things.

Jim,
My wife gives the vote for Sam Elliot. Kyle has one to add, though. He said "When I re-took my SAT's, I raised my score by 200 points by answering 'Jim's Mustache' on every question."

I love that kid.

Ha!!! Too funny Jim, I was looking for a good picture of Wilfred to post. And about that lean and lanky..... I'm thinking not so much :D. When we met, at Blu's doda, you didn't seem as tall as Sam.

I figured the mustache was for hiding in pampus grass to ambush the enemy ;) .

Jim is the only person I know to have grown his own Ghillie suit. Mere mortals have to buy or build them ;) ;)

"Jim's mustache is so unbelievable that Sasquatch once took his picture and it's now hanging in his cave."

"After the space shuttle Atlantis made its final landing in Florida last summer, the shuttle commander commented that from earth's orbit they were able to see the Great Wall of China, the bright lights of Las Vegas and Jim's mustache."

Sorry, Jim. Just having fun.

Welcome Dustin! Thanks for your service! I hope all is well over there.
How do you tie the fly to your hooks without killing them with the thread? I keep cutting them in half.

"Well, it was during this live broadcast that they began to notice smoke coming from Jim's mustache. Jim, thinking quickly, ran over to a horse trough that was filled with water and dunked in his head thus extinguishing the incipient fire."

It’s a little known fact that after Jim dunked his head into the horse trough, half his mustache was scorched off. The remaining half was noticed by a young entrepreneur and soon became the Nike logo.

I got it wrong... Jim doesn't have his mustache. His mustache has a Jim. Sorry for the confusion.

Nobody will ever accuse me of looking like Tom Selleck. His moustache is much too well groomed and he's a lot taller then I am.

But there are some who might say that one of our new members bears more then a strong resemblance.....Troutman1775! I'm wondering if the moustache is a 'Stan thing or will remain when you come home.

If they ever do the movie....I know who could play the lead! :bananadance:

I got really bored today and put this together. I had a choice of James Bond movie trailer or mystery. You just plug and play. Enjoy
