Was it a wild one, well proportoined, with nice <ahem> fins? Or was it more like the broodstockers, Big, but in a mishapenly obese way?

Easily a 36 incher, double digit. Thought about using my boot as a comparison, but I was afraid to get too close to the monster.

....I must confess. I did not hook and land the beast.

I've seen similar evidence of monsters on the Guadalupe during the tubing season.
I often wonder what the rest of the day was like for them after they have been released?
