Two thumbs up!
Got my bag back today, sent it out April 16. I told them I thought the zipper was an overall poor design and maybe they had upgraded in the last couple years. It jammed horribly while at the LO and the teeth had separated and kinked in one spot.
Well, it sure is not the same zipper as before, much smoother and looks real heavy duty. I'm stoked!

They replaced a 2 year old shell I bought a while back. I washed it and dried it according to the instructions, but one of the layers started peeling off of the jacket. I went through the RMA process and they credited me the full price of the jacket for another one.
I was really happy with their customer service too.
