I debated whether to post this, but here goes.

I was VERY skeptical of the forecasts of a strong El Nino this year. For no other reason than "they" forecast the same thing for last year, and continually downgraded it. Well......... :sad: :sad:

An average to slightly above average winter would be fine at this point.
