A warm welcome to a New US Citizen!

Postby flybob » March 8th, 2009, 1:03 pm

Two days after his initial swearing in ceremony with 6000 of his closest friends, on a cold, blustery Sunday morning, in a mountain, creekside setting, the REAL ceremony was held with two of his friends! On this auspicious day, our own Mr. Ray Found was welcomed to the United States of America as a New Citizen, with all honors and privileges bestowed upon him here-to-fore, as well as one U.S. Flag, that has flown over many a creek, and one Faux, Cuban cigar!

Let us all give Ray a warm welcome to the U.S. of A!

Welcome. Thank goodness we have another Californian to help carry the tax load. ;)

A big WELCOME Ray! Creekside is always a great place to celebrate just about anything. :D
How do you tie the fly to your hooks without killing them with the thread? I keep cutting them in half.

Many Thanks Bob. Here's a shot from inside the ceremony, with literally - 6000 others. There were 6001 of us "Oathed" at the same time - wow, eh?

And, this is about all else I'll share from later the day you gave me the flag (which flies proudly over my desk here at home)...

Congratulations and welcome. You couldn't have picked a better time. Things are looking up. ;)
Denny Crane: Ah. You can see them in there. Look at the crystal clear water. My fly went right by his nose. Eat it you picky *.

Congrats to you Ray. Why not celebrate the occasion with a new firearm? ;)

You know, that's a great idea. Unfortunately, I would also be forced to begin searching for a new wife. The Mrs and I do not see eye-to-eye on this matter. Not at all...
