NV Fishing license

Does anyone know if NV fishing licenses are valid for 365 days after you purchase them or are they like CA and expire 12/31 no matter when you purchase them? This would be a nonresident purchase if that even makes a difference. Looked online and couldn't find any info.

Read between the Resident and Non-Resident fee schedule. This is still current so it's Feb 28, 2018 for this year. Wait 3 more weeks.
