cabin fever and technology

Postby duckdog » January 18th, 2010, 11:37 am

i've been stuck in the house for a month now , and coming to the end of it i'd have to say that one of the thing's that have helped me stay sort of sane[beside's the trip to marriot's,thanks chuck] has been the crowley cam on the troutfly web site. it probably sound's kinda odd, but to be able to get a real time view of my favorite lake for a minute, or two, or forty, really helped. -- it's really snowing right now. can't wait to get up there.

I'll have to check that out. I thought that they turned it off this time of year.

Can't see much right now, but I'll bet those dumpsters get buried before long!

After it was moved to the Crowley Lake Fish Camp building the decision was made to leave it on.

I, too, check it regularly. There's was a decided lack of snow until the end of December. It was cool to watch the lake ice over during late fall...
