They must be looking at Solstice Creek, where they have already done extensive work on the streambed below Solstice Park. There was a pretty good run at some of the other local creeks this year.

There is talk of building a fish ladder or somthing else to allow the steelhead to move up stream of the I5 on Trabuco Creek in South OC. Most of the time a sandbar at the mouth of the creek blocks off the passage of fish up stream. I wonder how they will keep that open?
