Whoo Hoo, this means I will not be fishing it this weekend :bananadance: :bananadance: !!!! Not that I hate the Lower, I just don't like fishing it during the main season. Eric, looks like we're sticking to the original plan.

Mike,

Don’t believe all the rumors about the flows and DWP. They have there own agenda and when they do increase the flows it will show up on the real-time flows. There is no doubt that the DWP will raise the flows on the LO. Do they start today, tomorrow, or next week is anybody’s guess. I plan on fishing the LO starting tomorrow. If it is not fishable than there is plan EW. Hope to see you guys up there this weekend.

Mark

oooops.. what they fixed didnt work so the flows have been forced to stay down.. the workers do not even know much about the flows there. The orders all come from management down in LA. The fishing has been great on the Lower River. I am launching the driftboat in about an hour. David

See, I knew something had to be broken. Midger and I fished there today and the flows were stable. :? (Either that or the black helicopters were broken and they couldn't follow us). :D
