I use a similar setup, but without the ability to move the fly/indicator up and down the line. I like that feature, and am going to watch it again to see his rigging method. Before I tied the nymph from the bend of the big floater, whether it was a stimulator, adult stone, or hopper.
It's getting to be hopper season. Steve at the Spot kept telling me, "Hoppers, there's gonna be hoppers!" today when I was in the shop. Hopper fishing can be really explosive, and combined with nymphs, it's very productive.
Set the hook!
