Real Fishing

Can you spot the real fisherman in this photo?

Ahh... The Fall colors and crisp air. Time to wet a line for steelhead, and rejuvenate the soul. :?

I like the guy who wrote this on page two in answer to the rhetorical question wondering if a 20lb. brown would ever be pulled out of a trib:

There was a 12 lber (brown) landed and released in Walnut by a fine ol gent with a fly rod on Thurs right before the flood. I saw the pics, heard him give the recap and shook his hand. So there is atleast ONE that might hit twenty thanks to his fine sportsmanship. Twelve pounds would prove mighty tempting for the majority of us. Kudos to him.

Now, that's one place you'd never see a naked guy with a rainbow wig.

Actually it might clear all of them out. Then you would have the place to yourself :bananadance:

the Reel fisherman is the one in the parking lot, shaking their head and heading away from the maddening crowds. Yep, that's just what I go to the water for, downtown fishing.

C'mon people! Can't you see the benefits of communing with nature here.....

....besides, that's a really fishy looking run. ;)

I don't think even Clint Eastwood could make it through these gauntlets. Doubtful those fake steelhead could.
