I'm now living in the Tundra

50 mph winds....

Neg 15 F temps

Windchill pushes it down below 50 below F.......

White out....

From Arizona to Minnesota... We tied some ice-fishing flies for panfish.... funny how fish eat flies even through hard water....

Our tracked ATV even got windshield white out

We did all this for a few dozen half pound Gills.....

Insane what a guy from the desert will do for fish in the tundra...

You'll have to change the name of the blog to Sleeping in the Snow. That's some sick dedication right there.

And here I thought you were gonna talk about traveling and fishing out of a Toyota PU  We shouldn't complain about a little cold around our Eastern Sierra, eh?

HA I was thinking exactly the same thing!

Gills under the ice, remarkable, I can't even get them to nibble at my local S.Cal pond right now!
