What you won't do

What type of things won't you do as a fly fisherman or women? Is it you practice catch and release. Is it you won't touch the fish with your hands? Do you fish barbless hooks. Is it you won't pump the fishes stomach to find out what they've been feeding on? I have a few and some people might find them weird or dumb. But there is a few flies I will not fish. Glow bugs.
I figure it takes them all year to grow their eggs. I'll let them have that one with out bothering them if they want to eat their own eggs. I won't brake limbs off to gain access to a hole, or a spot a fish has found he can feel safe. Just so I can get a fly to him. My wife calls me weird on this one. I have a set limit of fish I will let myself catch in a day. After that my fly fishing is done for the day. I don't need to see how many I can catch in a day. For me it's mostly about being on the water and enjoying the outdoors. So what type of things WON'T you do as a fly fisherman-women???

I won't drink Bud Light when I'm on the water. I think that beer must be the official beer of the bait dunking crowd! I sure have picked up enough of them when I'm fishing. I always fish with barbless hooks wherever and whatever I'm fishing for. I don't care to fish streamers. And I won't ever join the butt-naked fish club!

What I was trying to get at is we all may start fly fishing doing things that later on down the road we might Refuse to do now. It might be using lead split shot. And now all you use is steel split shot.
I can say for myself I've never been a menber of the BNFC. And I've never posted any pictures of me fly fishing Butt Neked. Not That there's anything wrong with that!

I refuse to go here, everything I said I would not do.....so far, I have done, especially fishing the LA River for Carp!
