Anyone know anything about what's going on on Hat Creek? More specifically if the channel running next to Cassel is drained and being re-routed due to construction on the Cassel Forebay? My Mom and Dad are headed up there next week and the campground host mentioned this to my Dad.

When Ray and I came back I did not see any campground closer but the rod had a 20 minute delay.
