So You Wanna Be a Flyfishing Guide?

Learn from one of the "Best"-Hank Patterson.

I came across this on Bill Kiene's Flyshop site. It's funny, but my only regret is that Hank didn't cover up his Idaho vehicle registration on his visor. Hate for y'all to think all Idahoans fish a hopper--dropper--dropper--hopper--hopper rig.

Or for the more advanced who want to know how to respond to a grizzly bear encounter:

"Should you cast your fly into a branch overhead or into a bush behind you, or miss a fish striking, or lose him,or slip into a hole up to your armpits-keep your temper; above all things don't swear, for he that swears will catch no fish."

Had not seen the bear one yet, pretty good humor. A great parody of flyfishing for sure. He's got to do some on waders, turning over rocks for bugs, tippets and leaders, reading the water, etc.

These are really good. Does anyone have the story on the actual person? Are they filming around California? He is going to be a fly fishing celebrity!
