Opening weekend in the ES is a period I gave up a long time ago...way too many people displaying "bad form"..with water conditions being what they are this year, I may just put all my eggs in the basket of going back East, to visit my son in NYC and work some water in New England...

Hoping to head up in a couple of weeks. The opener just isn't worth the trouble any more.

Well opening day on the Henry's Fork isn't until June 15th... plans are in place.

This weekend will be spent in joyous puttering around the house, teaching my gal to cast (she loves it especially catching 2 fish on the Lower Owens last week), time at church with friends, some sushi, an inexpensive foot massage, and probably a Blu-Ray or two. Oh yeah, tying up some more bugs.

Worst day to fish if you hate crowds: opening day
2nd worst day: any Saturday
I'll be playing tennis, doing some yard work, and looking at the vise thinking that I should tie some flies.
