Wow! That's scary. I'm not familiar with the Edison project they mentioned, but does it include re-filling the lake when they are done? Is that even possible?

Not to worry. I have seen the lake at this level quite a few times. There is actually a good size body of water behind the rocks, much bigger than Intake 2 and a lot deeper. 3 years ago when they replaced the facing on the dam it was almost as low and during the droughts over the last 30 years it has also been at this level. It takes a winter of 80% of normal to spill Sabrina and with 2 very dry years this is what you get. BobK
