Leaving an old friend

Postby unskunkable » April 30th, 2011, 1:46 pm

Today is my last day at Fishermen's Spot. A bunch of you already know this but for those that don't, I am starting a new career as the Fly-fishing manager of the Orvis Pasadena store.

I wish the guys here at "The Spot" the best and they've really been super supportive of my decision.

Keep on supporting The Spot but stop in and say hi to me at Orvis as well.
See ya down the road and a huge thanks to Ken and Steve for everything they've done and helped me do these last few years.

FINALLY I CAN SAY SOMETHING! I am really proud that an addict is taking the next step to total emersion. Another step, another lesson. How will I be able to keep this romance with two shops going, let along one! As you know I wish you the very best of luck and great success.

David,

Congratulations on the new position. I'll miss seeing you at the Spot but now you're even closer at Orvis.
