Fishermen's Spot is having their first ever "Flyfishing Expo".
it will be a multi~day event at the Shop over the first full weekend in April. call the shop for more details...

Unh...they had an ANNUAL two day event like this when you were still out at that place where I met U...many MOONS ago... :doh:

P.S. = when are we going "ground staring" together???
unload some rounds into aluminum cans,
stare at the ground for hours on end,
watch soaring hawks??..

...as soon as I can talk The Cheese (Ally) into heading up the road...I have been out of commission with the worst case of the FLU that I have ever had, for the last month...


...and I don't think Ken was there either, when the Bros. were doing their 2 dayers...

It was over 30 years ago that I build my first rod at Fisherman's Spot, a simply spinner, built on a Lamiglass blank and I still have it and now have too many custom rods. Moved to Florida about 26 years ago for the next 23 years, moved back to California 4 years ago to take care of my mom. Heck, I may have to revisit your shop and bring back some awesome memories there at the shop. Ho yea, just got into fly fishing. It is like fishing for the first time again. Fun Times. Thanks to WonderingBlue for pointing out this forum to me. :Pop:
