SeaEagle has a new PRO model the PackFish 7 which looks like it was designed by a fisherman. PRO model so is made of top materials. Weighs 23lbs and even has D rings on the bottom so it can be hooked to shoulder straps and carried inflated. Even designed to track straight and an optional solid floor so you can stand up and fish.
Looks like it would be suitable for lakes and class I and some class II water- most of the rivers in N Cal. SeaEagle has short video of trip to Jurassic Lake in Patagonia.

Looks nice but 23 pounds is a lot to hike in.
