Hello Fellow Addicts!

Should you be considering an Eastern Sierra run this month, by all means mix this in!

The Southwest Council of the Federation of Fly Fishers presents the 2nd Annual Fly Fishing Faire in Mammoth Lakes, CA

This will be non-stop fly-fishing with films, clinics, workshops, casting, fly-tying, vendor displays and sales as retail stores close-out 2013 merchandise.  There will be Federation of Fly Fishers conservation education opportunities ranging from Trout-in-the-Classroom to Scouts to stream restoration. Come for a few hours – come for a day – come for the weekend.

Headquartered at Cerro Coso Community College in Mammoth, volunteers and pros – including local fly-fishing guides – will conduct workshops both at the school and on nearby waters.  A list of workshop opportunities includes programs on: Hot Creek, Owens River, Lake Crowley, Bass on a Fly, Small stream tactics, Wildlife photography, Saltwater fly-fishing, Walker River Basin

Learn the secrets of fly-fishing the Eastern Sierra with classes and workshops for every level –
bare novice to intermediate to someone who just needs a little touch-up on technique. Take a class in the morning, go fly-fishing that afternoon!

Sounds like fun. However, I'll be chasing goldens, brookies and rainbows up at 11,000ft that weekend.

That sounds fantastic!
