Second video to the So Cal Fly Tying library, a Piconi's Prowler. This an arctic fox variation that has great movement in the water. I used this version to tag my first Oahu bonefish.

I love tying with Artic Fox in any streamer.
It just comes alive in the water while not totally going limp like maribou.
