Some amazing photos!
Here are two that I share from our locals that remind of good times on the water with friends. In spite of the drought, they still are showing their Fall best.

Image

When the leaves are done displaying their colors on the tree, they fall into the creek and share their colors one more time.

These two shots bring back some great memories.

Nice additions to the line up, that block print has got people motivated!

I should have busted out my camera yesterday. I was fishing a stream, surrounded by golden and orange leaves with a little bit of snow and freezing rain spitting on me. But I didn't break it out, too busy being fixated on swinging streamers to catch some browns (which proved to be futile).

Fall is a wonderful time, marking the end of another growing cycle. Fish are generally fat and sassy, temperatures are more moderate and it’s a joy to be out seeking out fish in those Blue Lines—both big and small.

Here are some of my favorite blue lines. First a big one, then a small one, and both fish well in the Fall.

Both are fun to fish. One is large, the other very small. Here’s a shot of my Brother in Law fishing the larger and a secretive glance at just one of the many pools on the smaller stream.

Very nice Mike. I think you've shared that small one with me once or twice.

Here's an unedited iphone pic from a nice day on the stream the other day, for what it's worth. Winter is coming.

And the second nicest fish of the day, just for fun.

Here's mine:

#1 - A breathtaking (in both beauty and difficulty) view up a favorite Eastside canyon of mine.
Image

#2 - A tantalizing plunge pool that's yielded a good brown each of the past two falls. Hopefully, I'll see him again next October.
