Laid off

Postby WadeK » March 11th, 2014, 11:24 am

I just found out that I'm being laid off. I don't have a home computer so this may be the last you guys here from me for a while.

Take care,
Wade

That sucks Wade. I've been there, and I have a feeling I will be there again soon.

Try to stay positive and maybe look at it as an opportunity for something bigger and better. Good luck with finding something new.

Wade, Gary, and anyone else in this boat:

Really sorry this happened and hope you all are able to quickly find something that's bigger and better then what you are leaving. Keep us posted whenever you can and hope you are able to still fish some, but certainly know your priorities will change. If you're a tyer and you need anything to help you tie some flies to get your mind of the crap, PM me.

Wade, give me a call when you get a chance. I'll see if I can help you out in any way I can. If anything, I might be able to scrape together a working computer with all the parts I have around. The internet is a vital tool in finding new employment so I'd be more than happy to gift you with whatever I can come up with.

That sucks, guys. Quite a scary thing to contemplate. Hopefully you can fish some in between the job search to help you relieve some of the stress. Good luck.

Man, that is a bummer. Sorry to hear the news. You need a computer to land a job. If five fish can't hook you up, reach out to me.
Fish always lose by being "got in and dressed." It is best to weigh them while they are in the water. The only really large one I ever caught got away with my leader when I first struck him. He weighed ten pounds. —Charles Dudley Warner

Job search without a computer will be very difficult.

At the very least, go to your local library and set up a yahoo or gmail account.

Best of luck Wade!

Dude(s).... My heart goes out to you guys. I hope works out. In the meantime, if I'm rolling solo up the Eastside, I always have an extra bunk and food & drink at the ready.
