Twice now I've accidentally hooked yellowfin tuna on flies while casting to other species. Once each on a 10WT and a 12WT. Even on the 12 it was a pretty short-lived affair, making me speculate about 14's and 16's.

Your title had me pretty anxious to compare your rod with the size of the tuna....

Gotta ask about setting the hook on your yellowfin with a 14WT! :bananadance:
