I really enjoy fishing SPL 282 2wt. Cork real seat is sweet not sure why someone would change it. Best little creek rod in my book. Those 0wt rods are sure sweet as well.

It's probably a good thing it isn't all original. Otherwise the Doc would be $300 lighter with another "backup" 0. :lol: 8-)

I got my SPL 0 a couple years ago for $325-and it was in the original tube with sock and blank warranty card. A steal, to be sure. Mine was slyly recommended by the Dr as well- the man is just trying to turn more of us over to the dark side. My problem is that I just keep trying to catch bigger and bigger fish with the * thing.


Also, the rod matches up perfectly with a Galvan Standard 2.5. C'mon, it's only another $200 to add to the best rod you'll ever own. Mark, I'm sure your wife will understand....
