That's a nice fish! Doesn't look like a whitefish to me.

It's a bull trout. I think he'd been catching whitefish and the bull trout was a nice change.

Must have put up a good fight on that rod. Have you been using yours?

It's the first rod I pull out on every trip. The last trip to Bishop was too windy so we turned around for home. Sherry couldn't get a cast with her Helios and wasn't fishing. We'll be heading out again after the new year begins and the Christmas rush is over.
