i've been stuck in the house for a month now , and coming to the end of it i'd have to say that one of the thing's that have helped me stay sort of sane[beside's the trip to marriot's,thanks chuck] has been the crowley cam on the troutfly web site. it probably sound's kinda odd, but to be able to get a real time view of my favorite lake for a minute, or two, or forty, really helped. -- it's really snowing right now. can't wait to get up there.

Almost everyday I check out the Kern, and the Truckee web cams too. Just wishin'....

I thought that they turned it off this time of year.

After it was moved to the Crowley Lake Fish Camp building the decision was made to leave it on.

I, too, check it regularly. There's was a decided lack of snow until the end of December. It was cool to watch the lake ice over during late fall...
