I ordered a bottle of Zip Cast directly from their website about 10 days ago. Got an email from some one confirming the order (rodmaker@earthlink.net)
I inquired about the status, the guy responded saying he's waiting too. He didn't seem to know that the order may have gone to him, and I haven't checked my credit card to see who may or may not have gotten my order. He says that he did not get my order from them.
Has anyone else had this problem? I went to flyreeldots.com today and it says Zip Cast is not available for "international orders." Maybe I should order again through flyreeldots.com??
I wish I knew about the flyreeldots.com website before I got into this mess. Has anyone who ordered from flyreeldots received their product? I haven't received squat from Zip Cast directly or from any of their distributors. What a clus**r f**k this has turned out to be.

Just got off the phone with Jerry Brumfield of flyreeldots. Somehow, he has received my order and the other email response was an error.
Jerry said his latest order shipped early this week to him (Pennsylvania, I think) and he will fill all our orders when his shipment arrives. He also has my credit card account to charge for it.
Wow, what a way to do business.

I've ordered the product twice before and never had any problems. I just ordered two more bottles and they haven't arrived yet, but I used PayPal and it's only been around 4 days since I ordered and due to its flammability it usually takes it 7-9 days to get to me. I'll keep you posted when it arrives.
I don't know anything about their bookkeeping, but I do like the product.
