Personally the flows (900+ cfs) are just outside my comfort level. I like to wade out into the river and most of the holes I normally fish are out of reach to me at flows above ~750cfs. That being said, plenty of folks successfully fly fish the river at these flows. If you've got some spare money, having Guy take you down the river on his two-man pontoon is a great way to fish the river at the current flow levels.

This might be too late.....
You better get up there and hurry while you can still catch real fish and have solitude. I was up this weekend camping with my young daughter and only fished for maybe two hours and got a couple wild guys in the upper 20 mile and we're all alone. Then we hiked three miles above JDB with a full pack on a conditioning hike and I lost a nice one swinging a huge soft hackle. Wading was out of the question but as long as the water is clear it's easily fishable up to 1200 cfs.
