Really some good stuff here, and I guess everything take is considered a "Must Have" so ,that being considered, I would have say my new polarized fishing glasses, really helps when it comes to sight fishing! Not to mention not tossing to where the fish aren't!

I've been meaning to get one of those neck clips for my rod. I hear that they are very handy for storing your rod when not in use.

+1 on the cigars and beer.

As for fishing accessories, I love my Toobies. So much better than lead tape of split shot for getting your nymph down to the bottom. Maybe a little more hassle to get on the leader, but they don't move around unless I move them and they don't hurt the leader. Plus they are non-toxic.
