Depending on the kind of title you are looking for, I think using its Latin name would be very tasteful.
salvelinus fontinalis (I had to look it up
)

It's carved from Japanese shina plywood, which I prefer for detail work as it's virtually grainless and really holds an edge. I break from tradition by using both hand tools and a dremel to get the effect I'm looking for. From there, I usually print using a wet technique on Rising Stonehenge or similar watercolor paper with Akua Intaglio Ink. Fortunately, even though its small, I have my own press, so I don't often have to hand burnish anymore.
I like the latin name, as well as the Izaac Walton references.
Ryan, if you want to trade out some of your hand tied flies, I'd be content.
