I'd be there, but it's my daughter's B-Day Party. I'm hoping I can swing by early, drop a check off and skeedaddle to the party. If not, i'll send it in.

I would think about attending as well, but will be in England visiting my new granddaughter and chasing some fish around the chalk streams. It looks like a good event.

I posted about the new " Thorburn Access " , which the club installed. A great new access to the Kings River. I cannot attend, but am sending some support for there effort. Thanks for the information.

Admission to Choinumni Park will be waived for event attendees.

Can't attend? Here's how to contribute:
Please Make Checks Payable To: Kings River Conservancy
Memo: Game Warden Fund
(Tax Deductible)
Kings River Conservancy
1384 S. Frankwood Ave.
Sanger, CA 93657

Just to bump this back on the radar screen. Hope some folks will show up, and or, support this cause. I will make a quick run out to the Park and drop a check off.

Didn't catch it on the first read, but I did not know they were charging to get into Choinumni again. That's great!

I was able to stop by for 30 minutes or so. Things were just getting started, and there were people showing up as I was leaving. Looked like it was going to be a good time. Hope the event raised plenty of donations, and awareness.

There was going to be some tying, and casting instruction.

This is what it's all about. See the rise rings.
