They're keeping PapaSequoia out of the area!!!! It seems typical though, they never all of a sudden drop the flows and leave them. It's like they teaze you for awhile before finally giving into the winter fly fisherman's desired flows.

I made sure they knew they'd slipped up on letting Papa get a trip in without them screwing him up and they said, "We'll fix that for a while. Keep him off that water for a couple weeks. Watch this!" Followed by what sounded like a whole room full a maniacal, derisive laughter. :lol:

PS - They did say something about hiring a new black ops chopper pilot.
How do you tie the fly to your hooks without killing them with the thread? I keep cutting them in half.

PSS - They did reveal the reason for their persecution of Papa. They claimed it was a concerted effort to keep him from fishing naked there. :shock: :lol:
How do you tie the fly to your hooks without killing them with the thread? I keep cutting them in half.

I fooled them and fished a volcanically warmed stream today. So the LADWP can ... oh wait, I better put on the tin foil hat before I say anything about them. :D
