Trout quiz.

Postby flyster » December 10th, 2010, 7:50 am

Hey, I just took Trout Unlimited's quiz, You Don't Know TROUT! Think you can beat my score? Take the quiz here: http://www.youdontknowtrout.com/. I got 9/10 but must admit I guessed on three and to surprise they were right. I stole this from FAOL and thought it would be fun to see if YOU DO know trout. Don't be    if you get a low score but we would like to see how good we are over here at the Addicts site. BTW TU ask for your e-mail to take the quiz.
" Boy it's going to be really hard not to do this again tomorrow!!"

I'd really like to take the quiz, but I'm really not interested in getting "spammed" by TU or any one else. :gun: :gun: :gun:

I get spam from them anyway. Besides that, you taking the test would be like asking Einstein to take a basic math test.

I got 8/10. I missed the "how many salmon return to Bristol Bay" , and "what river TU was founded on". I guessed on the salmon, but thought I had the TU question.

I don't get spam from them but get plenty of snail mail stuff that goes straight in the paper recycle bin. And I want to keep it that way!!! :gun:
Let's see now, to answer the questions, the return of salmon to Bristol Bay is highly variable, what year do they want? :booty:
And I believe the other answer is Pere Marquette River in Michigan. Am I right?

The question was "on average", how many SOCKEYE salmon return........... When i went back to find this, I realized I read the question wrong. I thought they were asking for total salmon #s, not just sockeye. I don't want to spoil it for others taking the test, so I won't comment on your last guess. ;)
