That is a nice shot. Best part of the day for me is when the sun first starts to come up. I'm so jealous of you guys fishing the surf. I read all your post on it. Some grate pictures. I really like the one with that shark. What a 8-) fish picture. :rockon: You've got it so nice not having to walk up a river with a bunch of boulders to trip you up.

Thanks, Mark! That was a fun morning. That's my new Sage Xi3 8ft 9 in 5 wt that I won in the raffle at the Spot. It's the lightest rod of the line for saltwater. It's been a really nice rod in the surf, and seems to hold up to big fish pretty well, having landed a big shovelnose without any problems.

It's the saltwater version of you guys fishing your 00 wts. :bananadance:
