I hear that their breath smelled of rainbow Power Bait when they were found.

Okay, they were found on the forest service road. They had been walking for TWO DAYS! Where the * where they going? It's possible they are both terrific fishermen, but they are certainly not great outdoorsmen.

I can walk out from the furthest man made obstruction in that area in less then half a day and I'm old, short and carry way too much weight. I suspect that they just went ahead and kept fishing until what snacks they brought ran out.

Strange... I knew a Cody Wright in high school. That is most likely a very common name though. He was a deckhand for a tuna boat though, so he does fish...

Now I need to find out if he lives in Highland!

I bet if I really had to I could walk all 45 miles to my house in two days from that area, let alone to cell range, glad I pay my taxes to spend them on needless helicopter searches, what the forest service doesn't maintain the roads during and after storms? Your kidding!

I wonder if anybody thought to ask how the fishing was!
I can't wait to get back in there!

Ya, I agree with most of you, we have done about 6 of the 8 miles on that stretch, two days sounds a bit fishy to me. sorry could not help myself.

well at least they are OK.

About the right age... fisherman ... same name.... (if it walks like a duck)
Fishing is the most wonderful thing I do in my life, barring some equally delightful unmentionables.
