Greg sounds like a great place for a honeymoon.
Do you know exactly what area you are going to?
A little research will go a long way in knowing what to bring and will save you some money.
If your going to be fishing the flats the eight to ten weight suggested by Rubikinda is also what I would suggest.
If you throw Tarpon into the mix then I would bump it up to a 12 weight.
I have a TFO 10wt pro your more then welcome to borrow for the trip.
Make sure if you purchase the Reddington you get the 4 piece for travel and not the 2 piece model.
Besides the gear the best advice I can give is to figure out exactly where your going and what your target fish / conditions will be.
Once you know the what and how you will know what fly lines, flies and ect to bring.
Then you will know what lines you should start practicing with before you go.
I only say this because if you end up flats fishing you will need to use a floating line and if your only use to throwing shooting heads your going to be in a whirl of trouble trying to make the adjustment standing on the flat.
I also realize this is a honeymoon not a fishing trip so if it's just going to be take it as it comes then that's cool too.
