So disappointed to find "A personal message from D. Roger Maves..." in my inbox today. Actually just an advertisement that as of right NOW Askaboutflyfishing.com is a subscription service. So SAD that "due to the current economy and ongoing costs of production we need to cover some of our expenses"...

Cutting off all access to previous shows, like the one I listened to the first half of Tuesday and was hoping to finish tomorrow morning, is really aggravating. As is the expectation that I can fork over $40 a year for a show with terrible audio quality, that won't download to my MP3 player and has lots of cancelled broadcasts. I know it is just business, but it is really pushing my buttons today, and I had to share my misery.

Oh, but act fast the prices may increase on August 6th!!!

Every one who owns a FF related internet business thinks "there's gold in them thar hills". And that people are dumb enough to pay for everything, including poor quality web content. Good luck to them, cause they're gonna need it! Kinda like Fishound.com, good luck to them!
